I’m Jess — an Application Design Engineer at Undaunted Consulting. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, I specialize in architecting Salesforce solutions specifically for nonprofits. I don't just build software; I build tools that help world-changers do more good, more efficiently.
My approach is rooted in a unique intersection of skills: I paired a Project Management degree from Arizona State University with a deep background in full-stack development. This means I understand the "big picture" of a nonprofit’s mission while having the technical expertise to build the systems that support it. To me, technology is a force multiplier for social impact.
When I’m off the clock, I’m usually grounded by the things that matter most: spending quality time with my family, keeping up with my dog, or tending to my ever-growing collection of plants. Whether I’m nurturing a garden or a complex codebase, I believe that growth requires patience, a solid foundation, and a lot of heart.
